Over the next 15 years, the property housed sloths, armadillos, howler monkeys, kinkajous, parrots, toucans, laughing falcons, and hummingbirds! A lot of snakes, lizards, frogs, and toads dwell safely on the land. A broad trail from the hotel to Rio Vieja was created for guests. The trail has many rest places, a waterfall with three tiny pools, a restroom, and a picnic area.
- Between Ciudad Quesada and La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano. The tree house lodge is two hours from San Jose Airport and three and a half to four hours from Liberia Airport.
