The house stays cool because of the breeze that blows most of the day. The garden is a place to relax with a pool, chairs to lie down and a fun area with a table made of wood where you can play ping pong or have dinner with friends and family.
Casa Oceana. It is a house in the style of Tuscany. It is really nice with views of the ocean, mountains and rainforest from all sides. It has rooms with a lot of light nice furniture, a big pool, an area for eating outside and great views from the top. It even has a soccer field at the bottom of the property. It is located on a ranch with horses and security all the time. It is a place away from crowded tourist areas but still close to the beach and all the local things to do. There is a manager who can help you with anything you need. The house is beautiful, inside and out. Just being here is like being on vacation!
Casa Exotica. It is your escape to the tropics. Because it is on top of a hill it gets breezes that keep it cooler than the areas near the beach. The house is designed to be green with windows that let in a lot of air and fans in the ceiling that keep it
